We do accept the returns/exchanges for all the clothing products which were not sewn or modified especially for the customer. Please choose carefully and contact us with any doubts and questions before placing your order.
All one of a kind pieces, sale items and special prices are final. Orders placed with any of these offers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We accept exchange or refund only for the items which are unworn and with their original tags and packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the package. Accidente con flores is not responsible for returning both shipping costs nor duty reimbursement and tax in the case of international purchases. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning your item from outside the EU please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund. In case of a lost parcel when returning an item, Accidente con flores can not be held responsible. We recommend you ship your returns to us using a registered, trackable and fully insured service.

Please allow up to 7 days after receiving back your package, for your return to be processed (remember that the refund will never include the shipping costs). We hold the right to deny exchanges or returns if the items returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
Order cancellation Policy:
Order cancellation can ONLY be done on the same day as your order placement (before the start of the sewing/knitting proccess).
We do not accept any order cancellation after 24h from your purchase.
We ship worldwide within 7 business days, and pack all orders with the greatest care and securely for delivery.
