Order cancellation Policy:

 

Order cancellation can ONLY be done on the same day as your order placement (before the start of the sewing/knitting proccess).

We do not accept any order cancellation after 24h from your purchase.

 

Shipping:

 

We ship worldwide within 7 business days, and pack all orders with the greatest care and securely for delivery.

Shipping is done with:

UPS Shipping Company 

All purchases are sent with certified mail and have an international tracking number.

Accidente con flores is not responsible for custom fees and handling costs once the package arrives in the destination country.

All prices of our pieces are shown in EURO inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For orders outside of the EU : all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.
